The center is intended for training sessions and badminton camps, organizing sports competitions, as well as training the reserve team of the Republic of Tatarstan badminton team.

The new school will be the first municipal educational institution in M14.

The construction of houses will make it possible to provide citizens with affordable and comfortable housing - this is one of the main goals of the national project “Housing and the Urban Environment”, launched in 2019.
