A strategic session of the State Expertise of the Republic of Tatarstan was held in Kazan with the participation of Glavinveststroy of the Republic of Tatarstan

On February 8, 2024, a strategic session “Results of the construction complex for 2023 and tasks for 2024” was held. The role of expertise in the investment and construction cycle. Optimization of design solutions and compliance with economic interests during the construction of facilities in the Republic of Tatarstan.”

The event was organized by the State Autonomous Institution “Department of State Expertise and Pricing of the Republic of Tatarstan for Construction and Architecture” and the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The purpose of the event: to identify problems of customers and designers when contacting expert organizations.

The first deputy director of GKU Glavinveststroy, Ayrat Khalikov, made a report on the topic: “Problematic situations arising during the examination of project documentation.”

The plenary session of the session was also attended by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov, Director of the State Institution "UGEC RT" Rafar Shakirov, Chairman of the Board of the Association of Expertise of Russia Leonid Stavitsky.

Based on the results of the event, a resolution will be prepared, as well as a working group and a roadmap will be created to eliminate comments when working with expert organizations.
