Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, told reporters today about the implementation of the programs for the construction of social facilities in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2022 at a press conference in the Tatar-Inform news agency.
“Within the framework of the state program of the Russian Federation “Development of Culture and Tourism” in 2022, the construction of the building of the Russian Drama Theater “Artisans” in Naberezhnye Chelny was completed. The implementation of the national project “Culture” made it possible to complete the construction of two cultural development centers in Yelabuga and Zelenodolsk, which will be transferred from 2021,” the deputy minister said.
Also, by the end of this year, it is planned to complete the construction of 7 more objects: rural houses of culture in Arsky, Bavly, Zelenodolsk, Drozhzhanovsky, Mamadyshsky districts and the reconstruction of cultural facilities in Nizhnekamsk and Buinsk.
In 2022, within the framework of the republican program for the construction of healthcare facilities, it is planned to build twenty-three paramedic-obstetric stations (FAP), 1 pathology department and 1 general practitioner's office. “Construction and installation works have been completed at many facilities,” Ilshat Gimaev noted.
As part of the implementation of the national project “Healthcare”, work is planned on 33 objects: this is the construction of 29 FAP, a medical outpatient clinic of the Leninogorsk Central District Hospital, an office of a general practitioner and pediatrician in Almetyevsk, a medical outpatient clinic of the Pestrechinskaya Central district Hospital, a multidisciplinary polyclinic of the Zelenodolsk Central district hospital. “The main works at the facilities have already been completed and will be commissioned by the end of the year,” Ilshat Gimayev said.
The construction of 11 facilities is also being completed within the framework of the republican program for the installation of modular ski bases and the construction of sports grounds.
As part of the implementation of the national project "Demography", the construction of an indoor ice rink with artificial ice in the village has been completed. Alekseevskoe.
"In addition, a number of out-of-program facilities are being implemented in the republic. The construction of a swimming pool in the village is underway. Vasilievo Zelenodolsk district, construction of an indoor swimming pool in Zainsk. The construction of 8 sports complexes with a universal sports ground in the Tetyushsky municipal district has been completed," the deputy minister said.
Ilshat Gimaev also spoke about the construction of preschool institutions. So, in 2022, it is planned to build 5 facilities with a total capacity of 925 seats. To date, construction has been completed and 3 kindergartens for 485 places have been put into operation in Nizhnekamsk, in the village of Alsheeva of the Buinsky municipal district and in the village of Chernyshevka of the Vysokogorsky municipal district. The construction of a preschool educational organization for 220 places in the village of Novotroitskoye of the Tukayevsky district is being completed.
