The Department of State Expertise and Pricing of the Republic of Tatarstan for Construction and Architecture carries out state and non-state expertise of project documentation, which may include a digital information model of a capital construction object.

Today, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin visited a number of construction and overhaul facilities in the Vysokogorsky municipal district. During the detour, the Minister was accompanied by the head of the Vysokogorsky municipal district, Farit Hisamutdinov. Ilnar Sultanov, Deputy Director of GKU “GIS RT”, and representatives of contracting organizations gave comments on the progress of construction and installation works.

Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Nasyrov spoke about changes in the housing and communal services system and new rules of the industry in 2022 at the site of the regional public reception of United Russia.

On October 5-8, 2022, the International Construction Championship will be held in Kazan at the Kazan Expo IEC. The event brings together a competition of professionals in the field of industrial construction, young specialists-students. The championship will be attended by representatives of 27 countries, including members of the SCO, BRICS, EAEU, CIS, as well as Bangladesh, Kuwait, Laos, Hungary, Egypt, Nigeria, UAE, Israel, Serbia, Qatar, Iran and Turkey.

The program of major repairs of apartment buildings in Tatarstan has been completed by 79%. The final stage included work in 67 houses. In 87 residential facilities, the work has been completed completely. Such data were presented by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of Prime Minister Alexei Pesoshin.

The Inspection of the State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan issued conclusions on the compliance of project documentation with new houses in the residential complex «Sandugach» of the Kazan residential district «Salavat Kupere».

Applications for participation in the competition for the formation of a new composition of the Youth Government will be accepted until July 27.

By Order of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation dated 03.06.2022 N 446/pr, new forms of construction permits and permits for commissioning of the facility were approved, which will begin to be applied from September 1, 2022.

The volume of construction of educational facilities within the framework of national projects and state programs, the performance of work on 3 schools, as well as on a combined school project with a kindergarten has reached 70%. The highest percentage of completion was recorded for schools in Rich Sabah - 90%. In kindergarten, the volume of construction and installation works is 35%. These data were given by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov at a meeting in the Cabinet of Ministers. The meeting was held by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

Housing construction in Tatarstan is proceeding at a faster pace. Of the 150 thousand square meters that need to be handed over as part of the social library program, almost 100 thousand are ready. 1 million 319 thousand sq.m. - 9 thousand 452 houses or 78% of the plan were commissioned through individual housing. In the commercial sector, builders exceeded the bar by 62%, having commissioned 79 apartment buildings out of 148 by the current date. The area of commissioned housing is 576 thousand square meters.
