In Tatarstan, the housing commissioning plan has been completed by almost 80%

Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the construction of housing, socio-cultural facilities and public spaces at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov together with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

According to the head of the department, the housing commissioning plan in the republic was completed by 79.9% of the annual volume. This is 2 million 202 thousand square meters (or 135.7% compared to last year). Individual housing construction is leading the pace of commissioning – 10 thousand 374 houses are ready, or 87% of the plan. Within the framework of the social mortgage program, 66% of the total volume was handed over.

2 federal measures are aimed at supporting housing construction and stimulating the market. This is the state program "Integrated Development of rural areas", according to which 65% of the work was completed (4 out of 7 objects remained in operation, this week work was completed in the village of Sandy Kovali of Laishevsky district). The second event is the federal Housing project, within the framework of which 3 objects are being implemented, their readiness is estimated at 40%.
