For Tatarstan citizens, obtaining permits in the field of construction has become twice as fast

In 2020, in order to optimize the provision of services in the field of construction, their provision in the “one-stop shop” mode, the “I am building” service was created, which helps to solve all issues arising at various stages of construction independently online.

Today, the service provides all the basic services for issuing construction documentation, while the service delivery time is reduced by almost 2 times:

1. Submission of a notice of the start of construction;

2. Preparation and receipt of the town-planning plan of the land plot;

3. Submission of a notice of completion of construction;

4. Issuance of a warrant for excavation;

5. Address assignment;

6. Building permit;

7. Permission for commissioning.

8. Conclusion of a gas supply contract;

9. Conclusion of a maintenance contract;

10. Gas connection to the boundaries of the land plot (pre-gasification);

11. Receipt of the technical plan of JSC “Bureau of Technical Inventory and Cadastral Works of the Republic of Tatarstan”.
