According to housing construction programs, the plan for 2022 has been exceeded by 7%. To date, 2 million 954 thousand square meters have been commissioned. Within the framework of the federal Housing program, work continues on three out of five educational facilities. In the field of healthcare, 4 out of 61 facilities remain in operation. These are 2 primary health care facilities under construction under the national project and 2 facilities under the republican program.

Within the framework of the republican program for the construction of integrated public service points and equipping them with equipment in rural settlements in the Republic of Tatarstan, the construction of all 13 facilities for a total of 51.5 million rubles has been completed.
