In Tatarstan, the plan for housing commissioning has been exceeded by 8.5%

This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at the republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

As of today, 2 million 990 thousand square meters have been commissioned, which is 8.5% more than planned. Of the total volume, individual housing construction accounts for 2 million 137 thousand sq.m., multi-apartment investment housing - 747 thousand sq.m., social mortgage - 105.8 thousand sq.m.

92% of all 15 republican construction programs have been completed. Nine programs, which include 184 objects, have been completed. Six programs and 13 objects included in them are being completed. Of the 4 housing programs for certain categories of citizens, one remains in operation today – 600 residential premises intended for orphans in 10 municipalities.
