The plan for housing commissioning has been exceeded in Tatarstan

“Starting from 2019, about 2.6 million square meters of housing will be put into operation in Tatarstan. Last year we introduced a record 3,011.5 thousand square meters of housing. As of November 17 of this year, 2,990.1 thousand square meters of housing have already been commissioned, which is 108.5% of the annual plan (2,755.0 thousand square meters of housing) or 124.3% compared to last year,” he said.

Ilshat Gimaev also noted that in accordance with the national project “Housing and urban environment”, 28.4 million square meters of housing are planned to be built in Tatarstan in the period from 2022 to 2030.
