New residential microdistricts in the Republic of Tatarstan provide utilities infrastructure. In the Privolzhsky district of Kazan, the construction of a 5.4 km long water pipeline for the Berezovaya Roshcha planning district and the M-14 microdistrict is nearing completion. The construction of a pumping station with clean water reservoirs will soon be completed there.
In addition, the construction of a 14.5 km long pressure collector and the Berezovaya Roshcha sewage pumping station has been completed in the capital of the region.
The implementation of the projects will fully satisfy the need for water supply and sanitation of administrative and industrial facilities in the Privolzhsky district of Kazan. This will also have a positive impact on increasing investment attractiveness and developing housing construction. In particular, communications will be provided for about 3.7 million square meters of housing for over 134 thousand people.
In addition, specialists are constructing a pressure domestic sewerage system from the Innopolis special economic zone to the Berezovaya Roshcha sewerage pumping station in Kazan.
Also in the Laishevsky district and Bolshoy Zelenodolsk, a water supply system is being built on the territory adjacent to the Kazan-Zelenodolsk highway. The work is currently 30% complete. A sewerage system, in particular biological treatment facilities, is also being built for the Salavat Kupere residential area in Kazan.
