This year, three new schools are being built in the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan. Their opening will relieve pressure on neighboring overcrowded educational institutions.
One of the educational institutions is being built on the territory of the Vesna residential complex in the Sovetsky district of Kazan. The school has a capacity of 1501 places.
To date, work on the installation of floors on the first and second floors, installation of internal utility networks, and brickwork are being carried out at the site. The facility is 21% complete.
Another school will appear in the M-14 microdistrict of the Volga region of Kazan. It is designed for 1224 seats. At the site, workers have completed installation of the foundation, floors, and basement walls. Work is currently underway on the installation of columns, walls and ceilings of the first floor. The total area of the school will be 19.3 thousand sq.m.
The M-14 microdistrict is growing and developing rapidly. The new school will be the first municipal educational institution here.
On the street Rodina is building a third general educational institution - a school designed for 1224 places. At the site, work is underway to install floor slabs, load-bearing structures, and windows.
Let us remind you that last year a city record for school construction was set in Kazan. By September 1, 2023, four new educational institutions for 6 thousand students opened their doors in the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan.
