Residents of Tatarstan can receive free legal assistance through the portal “Prave.rf”
In the Republic of Tatarstan, free legal assistance can be obtained through the state electronic service of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation - the legal assistance portal “Pprave.rf” (https://xn--80adbm1cg.xn--p1ai/).
♦ The legal assistance portal “Pprave.rf” allows you to:
- get legal advice by phone;
- send a written question to qualified lawyers to receive a written answer;
- make an appointment with the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan;
- obtain up-to-date legal information on the most popular life situations.
Any citizen can use the portal to receive free legal assistance and up-to-date legal information.
♦ To do this you need to do the following:
1. Log in to your personal account on the portal through State Services (https://www.gosuslugi.ru/).
2. Select the section “Applying for legal assistance” and click the “Submit an appeal” button.
3. Next, fill in personal information based on your situation.
Step 1 – select, if available, a preferential category that is entitled to receive free legal assistance.
Step 2 – indicate the content of the appeal, the type of legal assistance, the desired format of interaction with you and make an appointment.
