Tatarstan became the winner of the All-Russian competition "The best house. The best yard"

Summed up the results of the All-Russian competition “The best house. The best yard.” In the nomination “The best yard”, the second place was taken by the village of Apastovo on Zavodskaya str., 21 (Republic of Tatarstan).

The competition was attended by 50-50 nominees in 6 categories: “The best practice of the council of an apartment building”, “The best practice of the HOA”, “The friendliest house”, “The best practice of major repairs”, “The best entrance”, “The best yard”.

The winners were determined based on expert assessments and popular vote.

The contest “The best house. The Best Yard” is held within the framework of the project “Residents of the MKD” with the support of the Ministry of Construction of Russia and the Territorial Development Fund, and is aimed at improving the quality of management of apartment buildings, supporting active and responsible owners, improving the literacy of residents in the housing sector.
