The state program «Construction» has been approved in Russia

On January 1, 2023, a new comprehensive state program «Construction» will start working in Russia. This was told by Deputy Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation Yuri Gordeev.

The main objectives of the approved state program will be to increase by at least 1.5 times the volume of commissioning in capital construction facilities included in the targeted program in relation to the volume of commissioning of facilities in 2022 and to reduce by at least 2 times the number of unfinished objects included in the federal register of unfinished objects.

The main goal of the work is to involve budget funds into the economy as quickly as possible and accelerate their turnover by optimizing treasury support and other mechanisms. The implementation of the program provides for further development of housing, communal, transport, social and tourist infrastructure with completion by 2027.
