2 million 889 thousand square meters of housing have been built in Tatarstan

In Tatarstan, 2 million 889 thousand square meters have been commissioned under housing construction programs to date. Including 2 million 36 thousand sq.m. accounted for individual housing construction, 747 thousand sq. m. - for multi-apartment investment housing and 105.7 thousand sq. m. - for houses on social mortgages. This was announced today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

The meeting was held by the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The meeting was also attended by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

Of the 4 housing programs for certain categories of citizens, two remain in operation today. According to 600 residential premises intended for “orphaned children” in 10 municipalities, it remains to register the ownership right of the State Housing Fund for 258 apartments. Another 39 apartments are still under construction in 4 sotsipotechnye houses.

In the category of “Internally displaced persons, displaced persons from the Far North and Chernobyl victims”, only one of the 7 certificates remains to be issued.
