Rustam Minnikhanov: “In the implementation of the program, first of all, it is necessary to focus on the needs of citizens”
“The human being is still at the center of our attention and care. We are fully continuing the implementation of national projects, as well as republican programs aimed at improving the quality of life. This year there are 44 of them. more than 46 billion rubles have been allocated from the budget of Tatarstan,” President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said in his speech today at the annual Address to the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.
As the President noted, work is being carried out on construction, reconstruction, major repairs and landscaping more than 3.5 thousand times. An urgent issue in the field of housing and communal services, which worries the population, remains the wear of engineering networks. At the federal level, on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation, he is in charge of preparing a comprehensive program for the modernization of housing and communal services. In this regard, the President instructed to carry out a detailed inventory of the existing communal infrastructure, approve a specific object, timing and scope of work so that the population has information about where and when repairs will be carried out.
“In general, the effect of the implementation of this program will be comparable to the program of capital repairs of multi–apartment housing,” he said.
Rustam Minnikhanov also set a task for the state authorities to carry out all planned activities in full, ensure strict financial and budgetary discipline, and increase the efficiency of spending each budget ruble.
