Marat Aizatullin took part in the events within the framework of the II International Construction Championship
The XIV International Scientific and Practical Conference «Architecture of Health - MES 2022», the plenary session of Industrial construction as an engine of regional development, the XLIII meeting of the Intergovernmental Council for Cooperation with Construction activities and other events were attended today by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin. The events were held at the Kazan Expo IEC as part of the II International Construction Championship.
Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin delivered a welcoming speech at the XIV International Scientific and Practical Conference «Architecture of Health - MES 2022». The moderator of the conference was the Head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan Taliya Minullina. The event was attended by the Minister of Health of Russia Mikhail Murashko and the Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation Irek Fayzullin via video link.
Alexey Pesoshin said that today Tatarstan is implementing large–scale ambitious projects in various fields, the main goal of which is to improve the quality of human life. This includes creating comfortable conditions for living and working, health improvement and recreation. «A huge amount of work in this direction is carried out within the framework of republican programs and national projects. In 2021 alone, 1.2 thousand new buildings were built and 3.5 thousand socially significant facilities were repaired. Behind these figures are specific people, families whose lives are changing for the better,» the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan said.
He stressed that the implementation of socially significant programs for the construction and repair of apartment buildings, educational facilities, and healthcare institutions continues in the republic. And this requires the search for new promising approaches to the design of public spaces, taking into account the specified properties of the environment, which should be 100% subordinate to the interests of the user.
An equally important role, according to Alexey Pesoshin, is played by materials and climatic equipment used in the construction of buildings. The introduction of new information technologies contributes to the improvement of the quality control system for the provision of services, automation and standardization of various technological processes. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan drew attention to the fact that healthcare facilities belong to a complex type of public buildings, saturated with technological, medical and engineering equipment.
