A strategic session “Modern approaches to state order management in the field of construction” was held in Skolkovo. The topic of discussions was the commissioning of housing, relocation from emergency housing stock, new approaches to capital investments, as well as requirements for construction sector teams and the formation of a vertical management of the construction complex in the regions.
To further increase the volume and achieve the national goal by 2030 – the commissioning of 120 million square meters of housing. m per year – among the main tasks of all management units, and first of all regions and municipalities, is to involve land plots in the turnover and provide them with infrastructure, Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin noted.
Thanks to the unprecedented support measures provided to residents and businesses by the President and the Government of our country, high results have already been achieved this year: citizens are moving out of emergency housing, infrastructure is being built, housing and communal services facilities are being updated, courtyards and parks are being improved, the overall standard of living in the country is improving.
The event was attended by vice-governors and relevant regional ministers, heads of federal executive authorities and founders of the Industry Consortium “Construction and Architecture”.
