The UGEC discussed topical issues of the examination of construction projects

A round table meeting with the participation of the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin was held today at the State Agrarian University "UGEC RT".  During the meeting, the issues of the examination of project documentation, the stages of its implementation, determining the reliability of the estimated cost were considered.

The Director of the Department of State Expertise and Pricing of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rafar Shakirov, in his speech emphasized the moments of the repeated state examination, spoke about the mechanisms for checking objects at the stage of planning capital investments.

In addition, during the discussions, modern information modeling technologies were noted, through which project expertise (TIM) is carried out in the institution. In 2021, with the support of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, several types of training programs on TIM were developed for customers, designers, builders and cost estimators, and about 350 people were trained.

Marat Aizatullin noted that the work of the Department of State Expertise and Pricing plays a key role in the implementation of republican and federal programs. «The safety, quality and cost of facilities under construction in the republic largely depends on you. In the light of the ongoing changes in the construction sector, we must quickly adapt to the new conditions and effectively carry out the tasks set,» he said.
