Over 90% of the annual plan housing has been built in Tatarstan

First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov reported on the volume of housing commissioning in Tatarstan at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

2.5 million square meters of housing have been commissioned in the republic, which is 91% of the annual plan. For individual construction, 104% of the plan has been completed, in commercial construction, the implementation of annual indicators is estimated at 70%.

Out of 5 educational institutions within the framework of national projects and state programs, 3 facilities remain in operation. In the field of healthcare, construction and installation work is 98% in the construction of 52 FAPs. 15 objects remain in operation. For another 7 objects, the performance of work is estimated at 57%.

All 8 cultural objects are included in federal programs this year. Of the 7 objects included in the national project “Culture”, 5 institutions remain in operation. The SMR is completed by 48%. Of the sports facilities, 4 indoor football arenas out of 6 remain in operation.

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov instructed to ensure the timely completion of construction and installation works and preparation of necessary documentation.
