Marat Aizatullin reported on the results of the construction of socio-cultural facilities and the improvement of public spaces

Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin made a report at the republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all districts. The meeting was attended by Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin, Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

Within the framework of National projects and State programs, five educational institutions are being built in the republic. The performance of work on 2 schools, as well as on a combined school project with a kindergarten, is 93%. 45% of the work on the construction of a kindergarten in Kazan has been completed.

In the field of healthcare, the performance of construction and installation works of 52 paramedic-obstetric stations (FAPs) is 89%.  At 7 sites included in the National Project "Culture", the work was completed by 41%.

According to the program of improvement of public spaces in the republic, 65 territories are being landscaped, the performance of works on which is 65%.

As part of the republican sports program, 6 indoor football arenas are to be commissioned in 2022, one of which is in the city of Yelabuga. 75% of construction and installation works on these objects have been completed.

In terms of housing commissioning in the republic, according to the head of the department, individual housing construction demonstrates the largest volume – 11 thousand 102 houses, or 93% of the plan. Of 148 apartment buildings, 88 houses with a total area of 644 thousand square meters were commissioned. 66% of the planned annual volume was commissioned under the social mortgage program.
