Experts of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation on Housing, construction and roads visited the objects of housing and communal infrastructure of the Republic of Tatarstan

During the working trip, representatives of the commission visited management companies and parks in Kazan. They appreciated the quality of the accessible environment for people with disabilities and landscaping.

Among the experts of the Public Chamber - Chairman of the Commission of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation on Housing, Construction and Roads - Galina Dzyuba; Deputy Chairman of the Commission of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation on Housing, Construction and Roads, member of the Expert Council of the Energy Committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Public Council of the municipal infrastructure of the Trans-Baikal Territory - Anatoly Starostin; member of the Commission of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation for the development of the non-profit sector and the support of socially oriented NGOs - Igor Gall-Savalsky et al.

Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Nasyrov was also present during the inspection of housing and communal infrastructure facilities.

The first objects of the visit were two houses in the residential complex «Salavat Kupere», intended for displaced persons from emergency homes.

The second object was the yard on Volgogradskaya Street in the Moscow district. The tour of the yard was conducted by the head of the district Sergey Mironov. He said that the programs «Our Yard», major repairs of the common property of an apartment building, as well as an individual approach to the repair of entrances were implemented on the territory at the same time.

During the visit, representatives of the commission also visited the park near Lake Chaikovo, next to the 7th city Hospital.

According to Igor Gall-Savalsky, the equipment for people with disabilities located in the park zone is not found in other regions.

I particularly liked several technologies used for the rehabilitation of patients. They have not been found anywhere else in the country. They are publicly available, this is a very progressive approach when the integration project works for both healthy and patients, said Igor Gall-Savalsky, a member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, a representative of the Novosibirsk organization «All-Russian Society of Disabled People».

Recall that Lake Chaikovo was landscaped in 2021: ramps, paths along the shore, a canopy, children's and sports grounds were installed.
