The “House of Champions” in the Sports Station residential complex, designed for the territory of the Laishevsky node, is designed for 803 apartments with a total area of almost 36.5 thousand square meters. meters. The building of variable number of storeys from 10 to 19 floors will be built in the immediate vicinity of a large forest area in an ecologically clean area of Kazan. The commissioning of the facility is scheduled for 2025.

“As of today, 1.9 million square meters of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan. This is about 60% of our annual task: we are going at a good pace. Of course, the lion's share is the IHS, but this is not surprising, since this trend takes place in the pandemic and post-pandemic period. Of the 1.9 million square meters of housing, 1.1 million are accounted for by residential housing, and the rest is multi–apartment housing,” Ilshat Gimaev said.

He noted that today the Laishevsky node is one of the points of growth of the republic in the field of housing construction. The development of this territory will take place over several years and may last until 2030.
