The program of overhaul of apartment buildings in Tatarstan has been completed by 53%

Alexey Frolov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on the implementation of republican and federal programs for capital repairs of socio-cultural facilities and apartment buildings at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts. The Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin took part in the work.

Alexey Frolov said that 5 programs are being implemented in the field of education. In 118 educational institutions repaired within the framework of federal and republican funds, the volume of work performed reached 58%. To date, 8 objects have been completed. For 22 kindergartens, construction and installation works are closed by 58%. The repair program of food units was completed by 24% of the planned volume of construction and installation works. The repair of resource centers has been completed by 63%. The buildings of 3 dormitories of educational institutions have been repaired by 50%.

There are 3 programs implemented in the Healthcare industry. For the repair of 32 facilities belonging to the primary medical unit, the volume of work performed is estimated at 62% today. 21 objects remain in operation. 11 have been completed, 2 of them this week - in the Tyulyachinsky district and in Kazan. 24 facilities are included in the republican program of capital repairs of hospitals: 73% of the total volume of construction and installation works has been closed by contractors.

In addition, work continues on the overhaul of the facilities of the "Culture" industry, where the performance is 64%. Two program activities are being implemented in the field of ecology and protection of natural resources. In the field of youth policy, the repair of 6 youth centers has been completed by 60%.

In the field of sports, a program is being implemented to repair subordinate institutions. The planned activities have been completed by 61%. According to the Ministry of Social Protection, out of 29 buildings of stationary social service organizations, five objects remain in operation. The planned scope of work is closed by 51%.

The repair of municipal archives is also continuing (87% of the work has been completed), the executive committees of rural settlements (3 objects out of 11 remain in operation), the buildings of magistrates (the total amount of implementation is 66%), the buildings of the Departments of the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops (the amount of work is 49%) and the administrative building of the Sabinsky Forestry (SMR 83% completed).

The program of capital repairs of apartment buildings in the republic has been completed by 53%. To date, work is under completion in 84 residential facilities. In 59 apartment buildings, the work has been completed completely.
