The shortage of personnel in the field of digital transformation was discussed at the meeting of the industry working group

Within the framework of the federal project «Personnel for the Digital Economy», Innopolis University, with the assistance of the Ministry of Construction of Russia, organized a meeting of the industry working group «Digital Technologies in Construction».

To date, the need for qualified personnel in the field of digital transformation has formed in the regions. Three organizations are able to provide modern educational services in the field of construction: these are Innopolis, NIISF RAASN, Roskapstroy.

These training platforms provide access to high–quality and full-fledged programs in convenient formats - online, offline, as well as in a hybrid form.

During the meeting of the industry working group, priority tasks in the direction of training new specialists, which are now facing the Ministry of Construction of Russia, as well as the possibility of forming additional training programs for personnel training, were discussed.
