The best practices for managing apartment buildings will be evaluated at the All-Russian competition

The Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, together with the Territorial Development Fund and the National Center for Public Control in the Housing and Public Utilities Sector “ZhKKH Control”, launched the All-Russian competition of best practices for managing apartment buildings “The Best House. The best yard. The competition will consider already implemented practices, technologies, as well as management decisions.

As part of the event, it is planned to hold a series of online seminars on the specifics of managing apartment buildings, as well as changes in the legislation.

You can apply for participation in the contest until August 15 on the website moydom.er.ru. Winners will be selected from September 2022. The awards ceremony will be held on September 11 at the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation.
