Marat Aizatullin announced data on the implementation of the overhaul program in Tatarstan

Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utilities of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a meeting in the House of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov reported on the program for the overhaul of apartment buildings.

To date, major repairs in the republic have been completed by 37%: 31 houses are completely ready, 69 elevators have been replaced in 29 apartment buildings.

In the field of education, it is planned to repair 317 facilities under 5 programs. In educational institutions, the volume of work performed reached 51%. This year, major repairs using republican and federal funds will be carried out in 119 schools and boarding schools. Repairs in kindergartens are carried out within the framework of the republican program. Today construction and installation works are closed by 45%. The program for the repair of catering units was completed by 13% of the planned volume of construction and installation work.

In health care, 56 facilities are planned for repair. Almost half of them belong to primary health care. The volume of work performed at the facilities is estimated at 58% today. 24 facilities are included in the republican program for the overhaul of hospitals: contractors closed 68% of the total volume of construction and installation works.

Through the Ministry of Youth Affairs, 4 republican programs are being implemented, including 30 objects. Execution of construction and installation works on them is 59%.

According to the program “Providing the population with drinking water”, construction and installation work has been completed by 31%. 15 engineering network facilities will be modernized as part of the republican and federal components.

In addition, the minister reported on the situation with residents' debts for housing and communal services. Thus, last month the average republican level of collection of payments for housing and communal services in Tatarstan on average amounted to 98.1%, which is higher than last year by 0.6%. The share of payments made in electronic format in the total amount reached 70.5%. The share from 50 to 70.5 percent is demonstrated by 26 districts.
