Tatarstan has selected facilities for improvement in 2023
In the Republic of Tatarstan, public spaces and courtyards have been identified for landscaping in 2023. Voting took place from April 15 to May 30. This was announced today by Alexey Frolov, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, during a press conference at the Tatar-Inform news agency.
"204 public spaces in all 45 municipalities were loaded into the system. More than 3 thousand yards were selected in municipalities where this program has not yet been completed and is not being completed this year. A pool of 200 priority yards was determined from them, which will be included in the next year's program," he said.
So, in Kazan, the leader of the voting among public spaces was a pond in Victory Park, in Naberezhnye Chelny – the second stage of the Coastal Park, in Nizhnekamsk district – Mira Avenue from Baki Urmanche Street to Stroiteley Avenue, in Almetyevsk district – the second stage of the city lake beach, and in Zelenodolsk – Altynov Square.
According to him, a total of 207 thousand people took part in the vote. Last year 170 thousand people took part.
In addition, this year, according to the presidential program "Our Yard", 1212 territories are being landscaped in the republic. The total amount of funding for this year is 2.66 billion rubles. To date, the work under the program has been completed by 45% – this applies to planar structures, road surfaces.
Alexey Frolov noted that this year, due to rising prices for building materials, the cost of the program in the republic increased by 1 billion rubles. "In 2022, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov decided to increase the limit from 8 to 9 billion rubles due to the increase in the cost of construction materials, without reducing the volumes that are laid down in the program," he said.
In addition, public spaces will be improved in 49 localities in 2022. Of the 67 objects of work, 56 have been deployed. The remaining ones are being equipped, the passage of the relevant expertise is being completed. "The performance of installation works is approaching 30%. The main task is to complete and purchase all the necessary small forms," he added.
