An agreement was signed on holding the International Championship of Professional Skills in the field of industrial construction

An agreement on cooperation on the organization and holding of the II International Championship of Professional Skills in the field of Industrial Construction in 2022 in Kazan was signed at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

The document was signed by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation Irek Fayzullin and the Director General of the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom Alexey Likhachev.

The International Construction Championship will be held in three directions: competitions of professional builders, an interactive exhibition and a business program. The participants of the competition will compete in 20 individual and team nominations for industrial construction, design of industrial facilities and construction project management.

For the first time, competitions of the "Student League" will be held, in which students of specialized construction universities of Russia will take part. The prize fund of the Championship will be more than 44 million rubles.

The International Championship of Professional Skills in the field of industrial construction is held by the Ministry of Construction of Russia jointly with Rosatom State Corporation.  The main goal is to improve Russia's position in the international arena in the industrial construction sector by ensuring the country's global competitiveness, increasing the volume of exports of construction services, as well as increasing labor productivity.

This year the championship will be held from October 5 to 8 at the Kazan Expo IEC.
