In Tatarstan, the housing construction plan has been completed by 60%

First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov reported on the implementation of federal and republican programs for the construction of social facilities, housing for privileged categories of citizens and the construction of housing at the republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic. The meeting was held by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

Alexey Frolov noted that housing construction in the republic continues to maintain a good pace. "More than 60% of the annual plan has already been completed. This week, the builders crossed the threshold of 1 million 663 thousand square meters," he stressed. In particular, 100 thousand square meters were commissioned within the framework of the social mortgage program, which in relative terms is 66%. The annual indicators for the housing and communal services have been fulfilled by 63% – 7 thousand 797 houses are ready.

In commercial construction, the performance of annual indicators is estimated at 54%. Of 148 apartment buildings, 69 were commissioned with a total area of 497 thousand square meters.

As part of the provision of housing for 600 orphans, state contracts have been concluded between the Ministry of Housing and Housing and Communal Services, including 179 residential premises.

Of the 25 certificates issued, which this year are intended for participants of the housing program for large families raising 5 or more children, 8 have been implemented for 823 square meters. meters. 

To provide housing for 50 young families, funding has been brought to the municipalities in full.  Young families are selecting apartments in the housing market.

According to the category of internally displaced persons, migrants from the Far North and Chernobyl victims, 4 certificates out of five have been issued today.
