Marat Aizatullin held a meeting on the development of the territories of Bolshoy Zelenodolsk and Laishevsky junction

The issues of development of the territories of Bolshoy Zelenodolsk and Laishevsky junction were discussed today at a meeting in the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan. The meeting with the participation of the head of the Zelenodolsk municipal district Mikhail Afanasyev, representatives of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Executive Committee of the Laishevsky Municipal District, the Department of State Expertise and Pricing of the Republic of Tatarstan for Construction and Architecture, as well as the customer and design organizations was held by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

During the meeting, the issues of designing engineering infrastructure facilities, developing projects for the layout of residential complexes on the territory of Bolshoy Zelenodolsk and the possibility of building social facilities were considered.

Ildar Rashitov, Deputy Director of the GIS of the Republic of Tatarstan, informed about the completion dates of construction and installation works on the construction of a water pipeline with a pumping station for the territory of the Birch Grove planning project and the M-14 microdistrict of the Volga district of Kazan.

In addition, the meeting participants discussed projects for the modernization of the municipal infrastructure of the Laishevsky node, the construction of storm water treatment facilities for the M-14 residential area of Kazan, household sewerage networks of the Bogorodsky rural settlement of the Pestrechinsky district, the construction of a water supply system in the Laishevsky municipal district of Stolbche village, Usady village and others.
