129 apartment buildings will be overhauled in Naberezhnye Chelny

Major repairs of common property in 129 apartment buildings are planned in Naberezhnye Chelny in 2022. 281 million rubles have been allocated from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for repair work, 267 million rubles from the city budget, 843 million rubles will be the funds of homeowners. This was announced by the first deputy head of the executive committee Ilya Zuev.

There are 306 types of work to be performed, including general construction and replacement of engineering systems — 118 houses. It is also planned to replace 35 elevators in 11 houses.

In addition, the city's management companies have begun work on the current repair of in-house engineering systems. Renovation of entrances, flushing of pipelines, adjustment, adjustment of equipment of control and measuring devices are carried out.
