In Tatarstan, the housing construction plan has been completed by almost 49%

In the Republic of Tatarstan, the housing construction plan has been completed by almost 49%. In absolute numbers, this is 1 million 344 thousand square meters. Such data was presented today at the republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov.

The President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts. The meeting was attended by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

Alexey Frolov noted: within the framework of the social mortgage, the implementation of the plan is 66%, almost 100 thousand square meters

have been commissioned. Within the framework of the republican housing and social facilities construction programs, the housing program for certain categories of citizens, 51% of the indicators planned for the year for individual housing construction have been completed.  6 thousand 368 houses are ready.

In commercial construction, the performance of annual indicators is estimated at almost 42%.

In terms of providing housing for certain categories of citizens, contracts have been signed by the State Housing Fund (GZHF RT) for 179 residential premises out of 600 intended for orphans.

According to the housing program for large families raising 5 or more children, two out of 25 issued certificates have been implemented.

Under the housing program for young families, 93% of the total volume of the program has been brought to municipalities. The remaining funds will go to the districts in May. This year, 50 families are recipients of housing under this program.

According to the category of internally displaced persons, migrants from the Far North and Chernobyl victims, 4 certificates out of five have been issued today.
