The Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan discussed issues of shared construction of investment housing

The next republican meeting on the issues of shared construction of investment housing in the current economic conditions and sanctions restrictions was held in the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev.

The event was attended by Chairman of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on Housing Policy and Infrastructure Development Alexander Tygin, First Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of Kazan on Urban Planning Policy Azat Nigmatzyanov, subordinate organizations of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Inspectorate of the State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan, the National Association of Housing Developers, as well as republican developers, authorized banks and invited guests.

In his speech, Ilshat Gimayev noted that 1 million 197 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned in the republic to date, which is 43.5% of the plan or 117.2% compared to last year. "229 apartment buildings with an area of about 1.8 million square meters are currently under construction, of which more than 92% are projects implemented using escrow accounts," the Deputy minister said.

Ilshat Gimayev also noted that important and timely decisions have been made on preferential mortgages, in particular, a reduction in the rate to 9% and its extension until the end of this year, as well as on a preferential mortgage for IT specialists at 5% per annum, which will begin to operate from May 12, 2022.

Sergey Porozov, Head of the Department for coordinating the work of regional representatives of the Non-profit Micro-credit Company "Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" and Ilnur Mutykov, Head of the Unified Lending Center of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, presented information on business support measures to the meeting participants.

Elena Ashaeva, Head of the Kazan Agency for Branded Transport Services of the Gorky Railway for the Kazan territorial Administration of the branch of JSC "Russian Railways", spoke about the current opportunities and implementation of rail transportation of goods for various purposes.

Kirill Kholopik, head of the National Association of Housing Developers, spoke about the overall situation in the Russian housing market in the VKS mode.

Russian Russian-Asian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Vice-President Maxim Kuznetsov spoke about the possibilities of the Russian-Asian Union of Industry and Entrepreneurs to replace the falling volumes of imports.
