The Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic reported on the implementation of republican capital repair programs

Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the implementation of republican program measures, as well as on the progress of major repairs of socio-cultural facilities and apartment buildings in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts. The meeting was attended by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

The Minister said that according to the program of repair of food units, work has begun at 4 facilities located in 3 municipalities. 15% of the total amount of work carried out within the framework of the program "Environmental measures": 11 objects out of 17 were taken into the work. Major repairs of cultural facilities from 7 institutions have been started at 2 facilities.

For the overhaul of 6 youth centers, the performance of construction and installation works is 26%. The same amount of work was carried out at the facilities of the children's health camps repair program.

For the overhaul of sports facilities, the performance of works is 24%, buildings of psychological and pedagogical assistance centers - 25%, resource centers - 33%, municipal archives - 37%, executive committees - 47%, youth clubs - 54%.

Of the 5 educational institutions of the cultural sector, work has begun on 2 objects. According to the overhaul of stationary social service organizations, the planned volume of work is closed by 36%. At 18 facilities of the program of capital repairs of inpatient healthcare facilities, the SMR is closed for 48% of the planned volume of work.

According to the Ministry of Health, work is underway on 3 facilities for the repair of Central district hospitals. This week, repairs were completed in the polyclinic department No. 2 of Kazan and the Aktanyshskaya CRH. The average execution of the program is 74%.

The implementation of the program for the repair of buildings of institutions subordinate to the Main Department of Veterinary Medicine exceeds 90%. There are 8 objects in a high stage of readiness.The facility in Menzelinsk was completed this week.

According to the program for the repair of buildings of the Departments of Agriculture and Food, 92% of the work has been completed. Recently completed the facility in Aznakaevo.

According to the program "Modernization of sewage treatment plants and overhaul of sewerage networks", out of 10 objects, work is being carried out on 4. Preparatory work is underway on the remaining 6 objects.

According to the program "Providing the population with drinking water", work is being carried out at 42 facilities. 127 settlements are involved in the "Restoration of street lighting" program.

The program of capital repairs of apartment buildings in 2022 includes 760 apartment buildings with a total area of 4 million 755 thousand square meters. The financial volume of the program is determined at the level of 6 billion 431 million rubles. To date, contracts have been concluded for the development of design and estimate documentation and the execution of construction and installation works.
