Construction of a new water supply system with a water intake node has started today in Nurlat. The project is being implemented within the framework of the federal project "Clean Water" of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment",
The event was attended by the head of the Nurlat municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan Almaz Akhmetshin, Director of the State Institution "Main Directorate of Engineering Networks of the Republic of Tatarstan" Dzhaudat Minnakhmetov and Deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Shamil Yagudin.

The expansion of the water intake structure was carried out with the construction of a water treatment plant and with the use of water degreasing technology.
In 2021, the construction of a water treatment plant in the village of Vasilevo of the Zelenodolsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan with a design capacity of 4 thousand cubic meters per day was completed. The project provides for the purification of drinking water at the reverse osmosis plant.
