1 million 116 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan, or 40.5% of the annual plan

In the Republic of Tatarstan, the implementation of the annual plan for housing construction is 40.5% - 1 million 116 thousand square meters have been commissioned. Such data was presented at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

The meeting was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The meeting was traditionally held in videoconference mode with all municipal districts.

Marat Aizatullin said that the highest dynamics was noted in the social housing construction. The annual plan of the program is 150 thousand square meters, of which almost 100 thousand square meters have been commissioned. In relative terms, this is 66% of the plan.

In the line of individual housing construction, 12 thousand 454 houses are planned to be commissioned in 2022. According to statistical reports, 5,554 houses were built, or 45% of the annual plan.

In commercial construction, the performance of annual indicators is estimated at 29%.

The Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan recalled measures to prevent violations of labor safety requirements at construction sites. According to him, the control and supervisory authorities are continuing work on the facilities. The State Construction Supervision Inspectorate conducted 417 inspections in 2022, having issued 6 resolutions in the amount of 330 thousand rubles based on their results.

Self-regulatory organizations conducted 311 inspections.

At the objects of state and republican programs, their customer - the Main Investment and Construction Department of the Republic of Tatarstan - carried out 346 control and supervisory measures. Most violations are eliminated promptly. Thus, out of 297 violations identified since January 1, 286 have been eliminated, and it is necessary to work more actively to prevent violations.
