The Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan spoke about the implementation of national projects in the Republic

The Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the implementation of national projects supervised by the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan at a daily meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting in videoconference mode with all municipal districts was held by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Thus, the events of 2022 include the construction and overhaul of 105 facilities.

The largest of the National projects is "Housing and Urban Environment", these are 37 objects. Including - 3 objects under the federal project "Housing" (the performance of works is 10%), the improvement of 33 public spaces, of which six are winners of the Competition of small towns and historical settlements (carried out within the framework of the federal project "Formation of a comfortable urban environment"). Marat Aizatullin reminded: in total, 65 territories will be landscaped taking into account republican programs.    

In addition, on April 15, an online vote on the selection of public territories planned for improvement in 2023 started. Voting is conducted on the Portal of state and municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan through the service "Polls of residents" and in the mobile application "Services of the Republic of Tatarstan". The voting will last until May 30. As of April 22, 68 thousand 615 people have already voted on the portal in favor of a particular territory.

As the minister noted, work has started on the construction of a water supply system with a water intake node for the city of Nurlat (carried out within the framework of the federal project "Clean Water").

Within the framework of the federal project "Ensuring sustainable reduction of uninhabitable housing stock", 172 apartments with an area of 4,501 square meters were resettled, in which 384 people lived. This year it is necessary to resettle 841 people, who now occupy 324 residential premises with an area of 9,627 square meters. meters.

As part of the National Project "Ecology", 31% of construction and installation work was carried out on the reconstruction of biological treatment facilities in Kazan.

On the recultivation of silt fields of biological treatment facilities in Kazan, the performance of work is 8%.  Both of these facilities are provided for by the Federal project "Improvement of the Volga".

According to the federal project "Clean Country", the Samosyrovsky landfill in Kazan is being recultivated, where the volume of work performed is 36%.

According to the National project "Education", a school for 100 places is being built in the Tukayevsky district (within the framework of the federal project "Modern School").

In addition, the renovation of the gym at the Bavlin school is being completed within the framework of the federal project "Success of every child".

Another educational facility – a kindergarten in Kazan - is being built according to the National Project "Demography".

49 facilities are included in the National Project "Healthcare" this year. According to the federal project "Modernization of the primary link", it is necessary to build 34 facilities, repair 15 facilities.

The national project "Culture" and the federal project "Cultural Environment" included in it provides for 11 fixed objects. These are 5 construction projects, 4 capital repairs, 2 reconstruction projects. Among them, the largest objects of the National Project are the House of Culture in Buinsk and the Nizhnekamsk Theater for Young Spectators.

According to the National Project "Tourism and the Hospitality Industry", it is planned to improve the territory and build infrastructure for the Tubetey Tower facility in the Verkhneuslonsky district.

In addition to 44 republican programs and 7 National projects, 6 State programs need to be implemented this year.

The largest program activities are provided by the program "Development of Education" - this is the overhaul of 66 schools.

The construction of the Russian drama theater "Artisans" in Naberezhnye Chelny is included in the state program "Development of Culture and Tourism". By the current date, the work has been completed by 64%.

The program of integrated rural development covers 7 municipalities. The program provides for the construction of 3 educational facilities and the repair of one rural house of culture; modernization of 5 facilities of engineering networks (works were also carried out by 24%); arrangement of 7 sites for complex housing development.

The implementation of the state program "Development of the water management complex" will be carried out in two directions - repair of 14 hydraulic structures, shore protection of the Kuibyshev reservoir in the Kama Estuary.

According to the state program "Perpetuation of the memory of those killed in the defense of the Fatherland", it is planned to carry out work on the restoration of 4 military graves.

According to the state program "Development of physical culture and sports", equipment for sports grounds of schools of the Zelenodolsk district and the city of Kazan will be purchased.
