A meeting of the Public Council was held in the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan

Topical issues of the implementation of national projects and the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings were discussed today at a meeting of the Public Council of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting was held by the Chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan Lenar Valeev.

Deputy Minister Ilnur Nurmukhametov delivered the main report on the implementation of national projects in the Republic of Tatarstan. He recalled that in 2021, the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan took part in the implementation of 6 national projects and 12 federal programs included in them. In total, 103 facilities were built and overhauled as part of national projects.

In 2022, the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan participates in the implementation of 7 national projects: "Housing and urban environment", "Ecology", "Demography", "Education", "Healthcare", "Culture" and "Economic development and innovative economy" - a total of 105 objects of socio-cultural purpose.

Ilnur Nurmukhametov noted that the implementation of national projects is carried out according to approved schedules and appropriate work has been organized at all facilities.

Deputy Minister Ildus Nasyrov reported on the progress of the MCD capital repair program in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2021 and the 2022 program. He spoke in detail about the formation of long-term and short-term programs of capital repairs of the housing stock in the republic.

"During the period of implementation of the Regional Program in the Republic of Tatarstan from 2014 to 2021, 6 103 apartment buildings with a total area of 33.213 million sq.m. were repaired. The number of residents in houses that underwent major repairs is 1,251,594 people," the deputy minister said.

Recall that in 2021, the implementation of the short-term plan provided safe and favorable living conditions for 212 107 citizens in 959 apartment buildings with a total area of 5.6 million square meters.meters. In 2022, major repairs are planned in 760 apartment buildings with a total area of 4.7 million square meters. meters.
