In Tatarstan, work is underway on the overhaul of social facilities

In Tatarstan, in accordance with the schedule, republican programs of capital repairs of housing stock and social facilities, programs in the field of modernization of housing and communal services are being implemented.

This was announced today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts.

According to the Head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, work continues on the formation of future construction and capital repair programs for 2023-2024. To date, lists of facilities have been provided for all programs planned for implementation in the next two years.

As for the capital repair program of the current year, in particular, 7 institutions are included in the plan for the capital repair of cultural facilities. As part of the overhaul of educational institutions of the cultural sector, the performance of works is estimated at 7%.

The overhaul of health camps was carried out by 14%.

According to the overhaul of 15 buildings of psychological and pedagogical assistance centers, construction and installation works are closed by 16%.

Major repairs of youth centers are also continuing in the republic - work is underway at all 6 facilities.

In addition, 6 objects of municipal archives will be repaired within the framework of the republican program.

Capital repairs of resource centers have been completed by 29%.

The overhaul of 11 executive committees was carried out by 37%.

In the current 2022, within the framework of the program "Modernization of treatment facilities and overhaul of sewerage networks", work is planned at 10 facilities. This week, work has begun on facilities in the Kamsko-Ustinsky and Rybno-Slobodsky municipal districts.

The program "Providing the population with drinking water" this year included 128 facilities in all municipalities and urban districts. The limit of this program has been increased by 2 times in 2022. Work has begun on 12 sites in 4 municipalities.

The program "Restoration of street lighting" involves work in 558 settlements in all 45 municipal districts of the republic. So, work is already underway in 109 settlements in 8 municipal districts.

The Minister reported on the progress of the program of major repairs of apartment buildings. In 2022, it includes 760 apartment buildings with a total area of 4 million 755 thousand square meters. The financial volume of the program is 6 billion 431 million rubles. As of today, contracts have been concluded for 241 multi-apartment residential buildings.
