It is planned to overhaul 760 apartment buildings in Tatarstan this year

First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Frolov reported on the preparation for the implementation of republican program measures, as well as on the progress of work on the overhaul of socio-cultural facilities and apartment buildings at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan today.

The meeting in videoconference mode with all municipal districts was held by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

Alexey Frolov said that work has begun on the overhaul of cultural facilities at 2 sites. Repairs are also being carried out in 2 health camps. According to the overhaul of the centers of psychological and pedagogical assistance, the work was completed by 11%.

As for the overhaul of youth centers, work is underway at all 6 facilities. 15% of the work has been completed under the program of major repairs of municipal archives. For stationary social service organizations, the planned volume of work is closed by 23%. In stationary healthcare facilities, the overhaul program has been completed by 41% of the planned amount of work.

Major repairs of executive committees were carried out by 34%, teenage clubs - by 48%, buildings of subordinate institutions of the main veterinary Department - by 65%, departments of agriculture and food – by 76%.

Alexey Frolov also informed about the implementation of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings. The financial volume of the program this year is 6 billion 430 million rubles. The list of houses to be renovated includes 760 residential properties. Their area is 4 million 755 thousand square meters. To date, contracts have been signed for 135 houses.

Separately, the speaker focused on the issues of payment discipline of the population. In February, the collection of payments for housing and communal services was fixed at 93.7%. This is 3% higher than in the same period last year. The average annual volume of collection reaches 99.3%. Nevertheless, the total amount of debts of the population for housing and communal services is 8 billion 661 million rubles.
