Rafar Shakirov got acquainted with the progress of construction and reconstruction of facilities in the SEZ "Alabuga"
Today, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Rafar Shakirov visited a number of objects under construction in the SEZ "Alabuga".
The first point of the visit was the reconstruction facilities of the KNS-6, KNS-8, the work on which is carried out under the contract for the modernization of the facilities of the Yelabuga water utility. This project is being implemented with the involvement of funds from the state corporation – the Fund for Assistance to Housing and Communal Services Reform. To date, general construction works are carried out at the facility, as well as work on the replacement of technological equipment, lightning protection device, installation of automation and ventilation equipment. Also, within the framework of the contract, work is underway on the reconstruction of pressure and gravity sewerage networks.
Then Rafar Shakirov got acquainted with the construction of the multifunctional complex. Works at the facility are carried out within the framework of the project "Industrial and Technological Park "Synergy". Housing №5, №6, №7".
As part of a working visit to the SEZ "Alabuga", the Deputy Minister held a working meeting on the organization of construction work at the facilities of JSC "SEZ PPT "Alabuga" in 2022. The meeting was attended by Artur Yarulin, Deputy General Director for Construction of JSC "SEZ "Alabuga", Sergey Bochikhin, General Director of LLC "Alabuga Development", Evgeny Ivanov, Director of the Yelabuga Water Utility, and project managers.
In addition, during the meeting, the concept of JSC "SEZ PPT "Alabuga" for the placement of an industrial (industrial) park, such as Greenfield and Brownfield, with the possibility of building ready-made production areas to accommodate residents of about 160 thousand square meters in the territory of "SMART City Kazan" was considered.
