Construction and installation works are being completed at the facility today, interior finishing works, facade finishing and installation of engineering networks are underway. The readiness of the facility is 80 percent.

Then Ilshat Gimaev got acquainted with the progress of the construction of the residential complex "My Rhythm" of the developer Ak Bars Dom. The total number of apartments in the building under construction is 490, the total area of the object is 23.5 thousand square meters. meters.

To date, facade work, roofing, elevators, utility networks, stained glass windows are being carried out.

According to the builders, the construction of all facilities is carried out in accordance with the planned schedule of work. There are no plans to change the terms and conclude additional agreements.

The Deputy Minister drew the attention of builders to the organization of work on labor protection and high-quality performance of construction and installation works in residential buildings.
