The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of the Public Council

A meeting of the Public Council was held today at the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was held by Lenar Valeev, Chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan.

It was attended by member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, Deputy Chairman of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan Munir Gafiyatullin, member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan - member of the Commission on Education and Science of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Zakirov, member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan - member of the Commission on Culture of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan Artur Mustaev, members of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction RT Ildus Asadullin, Gulsina Zagidullina, Valery Leontiev.

During the meeting, a number of issues related to the activities of the department were considered.

Tatiana Titova, Head of the Civil Service and Personnel Department, made a report on the implementation of the anti-corruption policy in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2021.

She noted that in 2021, as part of the implementation of the departmental program, the Ministry held 4 meetings of the Anti-Corruption Commission. Verification of the reliability and completeness of information on income, expenses, property and property obligations submitted by civil servants of the Ministry was carried out. In addition, an inspection was carried out for participation in entrepreneurial activities.

The Ministry regularly familiarizes state civil servants, including newly accepted ones, with the rules of anti-corruption behavior. Preventive conversations are held with employees explaining the current legislation on compliance with prohibitions and restrictions related to the passage of state civil service, educational and other activities aimed at the formation of anti-corruption behavior of employees, popularization of anti-corruption standards among them and the development of legal awareness.

As part of the study of the attitude of the population to corruption, the Ministry regularly conducts a study of the opinion of the population and employees of budgetary institutions about the state of corruption, their attitude to it. In 2021, the results of an industry study of corruption-causing factors and implemented anti-corruption measures were analyzed, in which 2,257 respondents participated. The survey results showed a significant improvement in the anti-corruption environment, including in the supervised industry.

The Ministry pays special attention to ensuring the openness and accessibility of the Ministry's activities to the public. Materials on anti-corruption issues are published in open access by posting and updating on the official website of the Ministry.

Further, the head of the Department of Economic Analysis and Formation of state programs, Adel Khakimov, spoke about the formation of state programs.

Every year, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with branch ministries, departments and municipalities, carries out work on the formation of programs for the construction of public infrastructure facilities and capital repairs. Adel Khakimov highlighted the main criteria for the formation of lists of construction, reconstruction and capital repairs.

Members of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan proposed at the next meeting to consider the implementation of national projects and the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings in 2021 and plans for 2022.
