In Tatarstan, the housing construction plan for 2022 has been fulfilled by 29 percent

In the Republic of Tatarstan, the housing construction plan for 2022 has been fulfilled by 29% - 797 thousand square meters of housing have been built. Such data was presented today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.

Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts.

First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin also took part in the meeting.

According to the minister, of the 797 thousand square meters of housing erected, individual housing construction is the leader in commissioning – it accounts for more than half of the total volume. According to statistical reports, 4,243 houses are ready, or 34% of the plan. The annual plan for individual housing construction is 12 thousand 454 houses.

The annual indicators for the introduction of social mortgages were fulfilled by almost 49% – 73 thousand square meters were commissioned.

In terms of commercial construction, 39 apartment buildings with an area of 151 thousand square meters have been commissioned - the implementation is 16%.

Marat Aizatullin reminded developers and contractors of the need to organize flood prevention measures at construction sites.

He also reported on the implementation of the housing program for certain categories of citizens.  600 recipients are participating in the housing program for orphans in 2022.

According to the category "Large families raising five or more children", 19 certificates were issued. In total, this year's recipients in this category are 22 families.

Another 50 recipients are included in the housing program for young families.

According to the category of internally displaced persons, migrants from the Far North and Chernobyl victims, 2 certificates were issued on March 25.
