The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed issues of the construction market and mortgages

23 March 2022, Wednesday

The construction market and mortgage: dynamics, main indicators and development trends at the beginning of 2022 - became the topic of discussion of the "round table" in the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan.

As the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev noted, a mortgage with state support is the main factor that now stimulates housing sales. People are rushing to get approval for mortgage loans before the end of March, until the terms of the program have changed.

In 2021, in total, over 60.8 thousand mortgage loans worth 176 billion rubles were issued. For the purchase of housing in the primary market, 14 thousand loans for 50 billion rubles were issued, of which over 11 thousand loans were on a preferential mortgage.

"Real estate will always be an anchor incentive for the population. And we hope that everything will move forward. And the population will receive state support measures that will allow them to buy and sell housing, including on the secondary market, which is currently stalling," the deputy minister said.

The General Director of SMU-88 Group Nail Galeev, Deputy Commercial Director of Sadovoye Koltso Group Sergey Kropanev, Deputy General Director for Marketing and Sales of Suvarstroit Elvira Galyautdinova, Managing Director of Otkritie Research Konstantin Enin and others took part in the discussion.
