The Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation has created a portal for informing about the facts of a significant increase in the cost of construction resources

The Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation together with the FAA Glavgosexpertiza of Russia have created a portal for prompt information about the facts of a significant increase in the cost of construction resources in a short period of time (less than a month). The portal is posted on the official website of the Federal state information system of pricing in construction (FGIS CA).

With the help of the system, construction customers and contractors can send information about the existence of facts of a significant increase in the cost of construction resources planned for purchase for capital construction projects, as well as about the refusal to sell construction resources at prices previously fixed in contracts. Priority is given to information on price-forming construction resources that have a significant impact on the cost of construction of capital construction (repair, reconstruction) facilities. The information provided using the functionality of the created FGIS CA portal can be used as part of the relevant inspections of the FAS of Russia.
