Construction and installation works and capital repairs of facilities have been started in Tatarstan within the framework of republican programs

The Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the preparation for the implementation of republican program measures, as well as on the progress of work on the overhaul of social and cultural facilities and apartment buildings at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan today.

The President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a videoconference meeting with all municipal districts. The meeting was attended by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin.

Thus, out of 44 adopted republican programs, 31 are approved by the Orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

At the same time, out of 29 already approved programs, contracts have been concluded for 12, and competitive procedures are being conducted for 16.

Construction and installation work has begun at facilities within the framework of the program of overhaul of health camps in Zelenodolsk and Atninsky municipal districts, as well as in the city of Kazan. Major repairs and strengthening of the material base of the buildings of the centers of psychological and pedagogical assistance, youth centers, within the framework of the program "Environmental measures" have begun. Major repairs of stationary social service organizations, healthcare facilities, and major repairs of teen clubs are also underway.

Speaking about the implementation of the program of capital repairs of apartment buildings, the minister said that the total area of 760 houses included in it is 4 million 755 thousand square meters. The financial volume of the program is 6 billion 431 million rubles. As of today, contracts have been concluded for 85 apartment buildings.
