Applications for the II All-Russian competition of managers "Leaders of the construction industry" are open

The All-Russian competition "Leaders of the construction industry" is an open competition among representatives of the construction industry who have experience in government or commercial organizations of the construction sector in leadership positions at various levels.

The aim of the competition is to popularize construction professions, stimulate the interest of young people in the field of construction and architecture and increase the prestige of the construction industry in Russian society through public demonstration of professional achievements and leadership qualities of participants. As well as the creation and analysis with mentors of successful projects in the field of construction, discussion and analysis of priority areas of development of the industry.

The objectives of the competition are to create an industry platform for the exchange of managerial experience, attract talented managers to discuss priority areas of industry development and assist promising managers in obtaining new knowledge, skills and practical experience. In 2021, 9765 managers took part in it, of which 31 participants became the winner from 15 regions of Russia.

The organizer of the competition is the All-Russian Center for National Construction Policy, with the support of relevant ministries and departments, industry institutes, associations and unions.

This year the competition will be held in four stages:

Registration of participants start - 28.02-17.05.2022

Remote testing – 18.05-19.06.2022

Semi-final – 20.06-30.07.2022

Final – 11.08-14.08.2022
