This year, the republic will continue to implement republican programs and national projects in the framework of construction and overhaul of social and cultural facilities, modernization of municipal infrastructure and housing construction. This was told to journalists by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. He recalled that 44 republican programs are planned to be implemented in Tatarstan this year. Their total amount of financing is about 47 billion rubles.
The funds will be directed, among other things, to education, healthcare, cultural facilities, youth and sports, as well as rural infrastructure.
"All these events are changing the life of the whole republic, each of its inhabitants for the better, and we are aiming to implement them in full," the minister said.
In general, the republican programs for the construction, reconstruction, and overhaul of socio-cultural facilities include more than 3.5 thousand objects.
In the field of housing and communal services, 6 programs are being implemented for a total of 2.4 billion rubles:
- within the framework of the drinking water supply program, which includes 128 facilities worth 1.3 billion rubles, engineering networks in settlements will be modernized;
- restoration of street lighting;
- transition to individual heating systems, installation of block-modular boilers and outdoor boilers;
- replacement of boilers in boiler rooms of budgetary institutions;
- the program of modernization of treatment facilities includes 18 facilities. The purpose of the program is to prevent pollution of reservoirs and soil by improving the quality of wastewater treatment;
- within the framework of the water supply program and the construction of sites for the collection of solid household waste in garden associations, engineering networks will be modernized.
Together, the programs cover all 45 municipalities of the republic.
4 programs are being implemented in the field of capital repairs of educational institutions. So, it is planned to repair 119 schools, 22 kindergartens, and 11 resource centers.
In the field of healthcare, 32 facilities will be repaired and 54 healthcare facilities will be built under the program for the construction of paramedic-obstetric stations, pathology departments and major repairs of healthcare facilities.
As part of the hospital construction and overhaul program, 26 medical institutions will be repaired and 7 facilities will be built.
In the sphere of culture, 7 facilities will be built, as well as renovated
5 children's art schools and 9 rural houses of culture.
4 programs will be implemented through the youth policy. The overhaul will affect 8 youth centers, 11 youth clubs, 6 camps, as well as 15 buildings of psychological and pedagogical assistance centers under the new program launched this year. 6 children's health camps will be built in 6 districts of the republic.
Two programs will be implemented in the sports industry. Thus, the implementation of the program for the construction of modular ski bases and universal sports grounds continues. This year, 4 new playgrounds and one block-modular ski base will appear in the settlements, as well as 6 indoor football arenas.
"As practice shows, such facilities are very popular, especially among children and teenagers," said Marat Aizatullin.
